UK Delivery
UK Standard Delivery: 2–3 business days after dispatch.
Weekends and bank holidays aren’t counted as business days.
We ship with reputable UK carriers; tracking is provided where available.

Collection (click & collect)
Please wait for your “Ready to Collect” email before setting off.
Bring your order number (and ID if someone’s collecting on your behalf).
Emails you’ll receive

Dispatch or collection email once your parcel is on the way or ready.
Helpful notes
Delivery time = processing time + carrier time.
Double-check your delivery address and postcode at checkout to avoid delays.
